Sharon E. Scott, 64 of Leavenworth, passed away Saturday, March 1, 2014.

Having slipped the bonds of this fragile mortal existence, my loving princess bride has stepped out for her incredible journey with her personal savior, Jesus Christ, says her husband David Scott. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Sharon leaves behind her husband, David; her children, Megan(Gary) Berlin, Colleen (James) and Nicholas (Beth); and 11 grandchildren, Scott, Samantha, Gabrielle, Zacary, Jared, Kennedy, Beckett , Brandon, Conner, Kole, and Camilla. She is also survived by her brother, Robert (Mary Alice) Maskill; numerous nieces, nephews and friends too numerous to count.

Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Theodota Cresse and her sisters, Janet(Lyle) Croisant and Margaret Maskill.

Through her participation in her church and community theatre, she always showed her love and compassion for life.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to Relay for Life of Leavenworth County.
